Position Description:

As a cross-trained Patient Care Specialist, you will play a dual role in both front desk/reception operations and as a chiropractic assistant. Your task will be to provide professional, yet warm and friendly service, all while representing our core values.

Responsibilities:

Dual Role: Manage reception/front desk operations and assist chiropractic procedures.

Technology Use: Utilize computers and software efficiently.

Adaptability: Quickly learn new skills and adapt to changes in workflow.
